The Luxury Two bedroom Cottage (Three bedroom if booked with Chalet 1) complements our separately bookable One Bedroom Luxury Chalets and is a luxury, spacious, modernised farm dwelling converted from the old farm 'Veterinary store'. The Cottage & Chalets are within a few feet from a beautiful 1.5 acre lake and set in a private 20 acre gated estate. Walk around this private and enchanting setting through parkland and private woodland but uniquely, only a couple of minutes from the centre of the historic Chichester town centre.

The spacious lounge features two generous double-size sofa beds, offering potential accommodation for an additional 4 adults if needed. Additionally, a Smart TV is available in the lounge for your entertainment.

The kitchen is equipped with a complete oven, a full-size fridge-freezer, a hob, a microwave, and an array of utensils, cups, glasses, plates—essentially, everything you'll require.

Dining Area

The generous open-plan dining space, accommodating up to 8 guests, is both spacious and conveniently positioned adjacent to the open kitchen.
