Event Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Northlands Farm! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following terms and conditions. By attending our events, you agree to comply with these rules.

1. Supervised Animal Petting

   • Animal petting is permitted only under the supervision of a member of staff. Unsupervised interaction with animals is strictly prohibited for the safety of both visitors and animals. 

2. Ticket Policy

   • All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Northlands Farm management. In the event of cancellation by Northlands Farm, ticket holders will be notified of their options. Farm Events normally continue during inclement weather (we recommend wearing wellies as damage to your shoes is not our responsibility) and refunds due to weather issues are not an option.

3. Health and Safety Regulations

   • Contact with animals or animal fencing can pose an infection risk, including but not limited to E. Coli. It is mandatory to wash your hands with warm water at one of our hand wash stations immediately after any such contact.

   • Guests are advised to follow all posted signs and instructions from staff to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

4. Event Conduct

   • Northlands Farm reserves the right to remove any individual who engages in disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior.

   • Guests must remain within designated areas and respect all farm property and natural habitats.

5. Liability

   • Northlands Farm is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by visitors. Guests attend events at their own risk.

   • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

6. Weather Policy

   • Events may be subject to weather conditions. Northlands Farm reserves the right to continue, cancel or postpone events due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Efforts will be made to notify guests in advance of any changes. If Northlands Farm decide to open despite poor weather forecasts, refunds will not apply.

7. Photography and Media

   • By attending events at Northlands Farm, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.

8. Prohibited Items

   • The following items are prohibited on the farm: outside alcohol,food, illegal substances, weapons, and any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by farm staff.

9. Environmental Responsibility

   • Guests are encouraged to dispose of waste properly and respect the natural environment. Littering is strictly prohibited.

10. First Aid

    • First aid facilities are available on-site. In case of an emergency, please contact a member of staff immediately.
